Company & Capabilities

Are you a belt conveyor manufacturer or a trader?

We are a direct belt conveyor manufacturer. PECPL has a state-of-the-art ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India. We fabricate everything from conveyor structures to idler rollers and drive pulleys in-house.

What industries do PECPL belt conveyors serve?

PECPL manufactures heavy-duty belt conveyors and components for core industries including Mining, Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Thermal Power Plants, Port Terminals, Fertilizers, and Quarrying/Crusher operations.

Do you export conveyor systems internationally?

Yes, we regularly export belt conveyor systems, conveyor rollers, and pulleys to over 15 countries across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. We provide full export packing and container loading services.

Technical Specifications

What is the maximum capacity (TPH) your belt conveyors handle?

Our heavy-duty troughing belt conveyors are designed to handle capacities ranging from 50 TPH (Tonnes Per Hour) up to 10,000 TPH. This depends heavily on belt width (400mm to 2400mm+), belt speed, and material bulk density.

Do you manufacture overland belt conveyors?

Yes, we specialize in long-distance overland belt conveyors for cross-country bulk transport up to 30km. We utilize high-tension steel-cord belts and regenerative VFD drives to replace heavy truck fleets in mining applications.

How do you calculate motor power for a conveyor?

Our engineering team uses CEMA and DIN 22101 standards to calculate power requirements based on total conveying distance, lift/elevation, capacity (TPH), belt speed, material friction, and idler resistance.

What is the warranty period for your products?

PECPL provides a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of dispatch (whichever is earlier) against manufacturing defects on our structural parts, conveyor rollers, and drive pulleys.
