Advanced Tubular Belt Systems
Traditional troughing belts are limited to straight lines or very gentle curves, and leave bulk material exposed to wind and rain. Pipe conveyors revolutionize this by feeding material onto a flat belt, which is then dynamically forced into a circular, enclosed tube shape by specially arranged hexagonal idler panels.

Because the belt is fully closed into a tube, it can execute extremely tight vertical and horizontal curves simultaneously.
