Sidewall Belt Conveyor for Steep-Angle & Vertical Lifting

When geographical plant footprint is severely restricted, standard troughing or inclined belts taking up massive horizontal real estate are not an option. Sidewall belt conveyors solve this geometry dilemma. Utilizing specially vulcanized corrugated rubber sidewalls to prevent side spillage and rigid transverse cleats to create "pockets", these belts act as continuous bucket elevators.

PECPL Sidewall Conveyors allow for completely vertical (90°) material hoisting. The beauty of this system is its ability to transition seamlessly from a horizontal feed section directly into a steep vertical lift, and then back to horizontal discharge—all using a single, continuous belt loop, completely eliminating complex mechanical transfer points that cause material degradation and dust.
