1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of Perfect Engineering Components Pvt Ltd (PECPL) and utilizing our services for belt conveyor engineering, supply, or installation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Engineering Specifications and Quoting
All quotes provided for belt conveyor systems, conveyor belts, idlers, and pulleys are based on the material specifications (TPH, bulk density, lump size) provided by the client. PECPL reserves the right to revise quotes if environmental conditions or material specifications change prior to manufacturing. Engineering drawings remain the intellectual property of PECPL until full payment is received.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices quoted are exclusive of GST, freight, and transit insurance unless otherwise stated in the proforma invoice.
- Standard payment terms require a 40% advance payment with the purchase order, with the balance 60% due against proforma invoice prior to dispatch.
- Delayed payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.
4. Delivery and Transit
While PECPL strives to meet all committed dispatch schedules (typically 4–8 weeks for standard belt conveyor systems), delivery times are estimates and subject to force majeure conditions, raw material availability, and transport strikes. Our responsibility for the goods ends once they are handed over to the designated transport carrier (Ex-Works basis) unless an alternate DDP/CIF agreement is signed.
5. Manufacturer's Warranty
We warrant that our belt conveyors and components will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning, or 18 months from the date of dispatch, whichever is earlier. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of conveyor belts, rubber lagging, and bearing seals.
- Damage resulting from improper installation by third parties, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow PECPL maintenance guidelines.
- Consequential damages such as loss of production downtime.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PECPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our material handling systems.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions or commercial transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
